I beleive if you just eat right, no fast food and small meal portions and exercise daily it works as good and it doesn't cost hundreds of dollars.
heres my method
There are several things to do to lose what you want. Start by taking in less bread and if you drink alcohol stop it immediately. Do you eat breakfast? If not, have something small such as a grapefruit. There is something in one that helps you lose weight. If you don’t like them try adding salt instead of sugar you’ll be surprised how they taste. Eat something small for lunch something like a sandwich and a piece of fruit. No soda. Then for dinner of course something large enough that you won’t want to snack. Add some exercise in your day. Something you can do easily this should be riding a bike rollerblading. Do you have someone that would do this with you, it does help out some. Just remember don’t snack though out the day. If you do this right you can eat up to five small meals a day as long as it is not fast food and still loose weight.



Nutrisystem weight loss system, does it work?

Hello everyone. I've heard about the weight-loss program of Nutri-System. And I've heard mixed reviews. Some say it works, others say it doesn't and mainly, the food is either delicious or not good at all.
I wanted to know if anyone has ever tried it or what do you think about it?
