can my dog who is nutered have sex

Yes he/she can. They just wont have babies. Although some dogs will not have much of a sex drive after neutering.

Nutters have the best sex... never worry about knocking the b!tch up... and if by happenstance they do... they are deemed unfit to serve time for failing to provide child support.

A few still can do-it...or I should say, have the testosterone to do it...but most get up there, and then get a look on their faces, that says...Ummm...why am I doing this?...LOL...

This is still a sign of domintance. dogs will do this to eachother to be pack leader. as Phrannie said the testosterone may already be there depending on age and how long ago you got him neutered. It may never stop.

only 80% of neutered males don`t hump, some do, oh and FYI: for some people who don`t know when a female is fixed, it means she`s spayed lol I seen where some people did`nt know, not trying to say anyone`s stupid, they just didn`t know. :-)
