definitely binders! because you can always add more notes without worrying that it will mess everything up...

of course notebooks are easier to carry around but its also easier to have pages ripped out by accident

...and binders will get a bit heavier but...

don't go crazy buying a binder for each subject but you can put two classes in one binder ... or however you think its convinient...

Yeah what I did in High school was get a few binders and try to combine subjests that I had that day... eg. Economics Tue and Thu and Accounting Tue Wed and Thu then it makes perfect sense to put accounting and economics in the same folder. There was one year where I caried one subject per binder and my bag was so heavy but notebooks just become a pain if your teacher asks you to insert between notes or expects many essays. Then refill paper and a binder is more efficient. Thats just my opinion however.

Binders help you to become more organized. I have always been a little zealous when it came to organizational skills so I always used binders. I would section off every subject in a different color. Then I would have folders for loose items that matched the subject ex. red divider in the binder that said science then a red folder for science. I would have a couple of binders so that it didn't get overloaded. I didn't care much for notebooks because you couldn't really keep them neat unless you had a folder but then that wuld fill up quickly.

Definitely binders, because you can add stuff to them also. Like handouts and stuff.

I use folders and notbooks and regular paper! I had a system with this because you have to keep this for that, the notes, the things to study. This way you can keep each subject seperated and neat! It's so hard and annoying when you need to find one or two papers and you were in a hurry and don't know where it went! lol

A notebook for each subject once you're in high school seems to make the most sense. However, in middle school, a binder with dividers for all of my subjects made tons of sense.

Notebooks are alright but, I would prefer binders.
