Well first off, don't get facial peels cause it exposes your newer layer of skin and makes it prone to harm by UV radiation and windburns ( which leaves little brown marks on your skin for some people), and you'll have to keep on getting it peeled which I presume is not very good for your skin. Cutting off on fatty food will definitely help because the acidity in those food fluctuates your blood PH and adds on to your breakouts. Stress is the number one killer for my breakouts so For me, I notice that working out helps cause not only does it help you relax, but the sweat cleanses out your pores. I don't use those advertised facial wash cause a lot of them have strong chemicals that irritates my skin. simple Dove body bars works fine for me ( I use the pink ones). Hopes this help
that is so not true... even though diet is important those things that yuh call just now dey hane nothin to do wit it...try not to touch yuh face. just keep it clean.. gine products 6 weeks to actually work ok chick

you should wash your face everyday, but eat whatever you want (a balanced diet will clear skin, but chocolates and greasy food will not give you pimples... thank god =] )
Also lemon might clear your skin, if you put some on your face before you go to bed.
and remember, people with pimples have less wrinkles when they're older =D

Not so attractive
lately I've been gettin blackheads on ma face...I heard eatin fatty food a lot of chocolate and butter makes blackheads to appear so im avoidin all of that...I tried face creams for da blackheads and even peels...u know and e thin that might work?
