Not myself today?

What does it mean when you say "I'm not myself today"; Who are you then?

I guess it means your someone else... maybe you swap places with someone else who is 'not themself today', anywhere in the world, and you become them for a day?

well, usually when people say that it just means that youre acting differently than you normally do.

lol, your ?'s cute. It just means that your not feeling like your self . Like, if every morning you go out running w/ a friend, but one day you decided not to when you do it everyday, your friend would say "hey where were you today" and you'd say "I dont know man, I'm just not myself today" lol I don't know that's a crazy ex.
