no t go under them? that's all I know to do lol
I'm not saying it in a mean way, but I dont know if there is a way...maybe wear darker colors to absorb the light?

Personally, I had my eyelids tattooed. The perma-makeup really helped. I rarely am told I look too tired any more. (I am fish-belly white, blonde, and work nights)
