Not eating

Me and my girl Asked by lucky0u 8 months ago, 5 answers.

When people stop eating or eat barely anythin, they're body goes into survival mode and keeps the fat right? Well does it still keep the fat while you workout for about 2 hours a day?? Jw

But anyways I beleive your body eats the fat off your body to survive but if you work out 2hrs a day you should spend more calories than you eat,like if you eat your daily calories that your body needs to function plus extras like lets say another 700 calories you would need to burn more than 2700 calories then you'd lose weight but fyi: w/e you do don't diet,they DON'T work.

Y would you not want to eat, Just give urself small portions and never go back for that second plate.. Stop eating snack foods, or if you like to munch like I do, eat carrots or fruite.

yes and no. I think first it eats the fat for the most part then it focuses on other parts of your insides, like muscle and bone. if you look at an x-ray of an anoerexic you will see holes in their bones, from their body eating it.
