You're right...it could be the stress making you feel like you're not hungry. But even if you don't FEEL hungry, your body needs nutrients. You should at least eat something small at least once a day. Make it healthy, an apple, banana, yogurt, anything as long as your body's getting something. Eventually not eating can cause you to get ill due to your immune system weakening from lack of nutrients. So eat something small and maybe try to talk to someone about your stress/depression. It helps to talk everything out. Maybe find a guidance counselor, or someone else (preferably an adult) to talk to. At least you will be getting some of it off your chest!

Hi new to this, I just need some help I have stopped eating for 5 days now and I dont know why im not hungry or anything and I just dont want to eat I dont know if its because I have so much stress and depression s**t in my life but im just confused why...
my body isnt hungry becoz normally im starving if I havnt ate in about a day. Can you help me??
