I am not able to satisfy my wife. when I am not able to satisfy my wife during intercouse I feel embrassed.

That is normal if you feel embarassed when you are not able to satisfy your wife. But that is not 100% sure that this is your fault. First you have to clear up the reasons.

The most important thing is to TALK to her about it and figure out WHAT isn't satisfying. Maybe the positions you do it in are just getting overplayed, try switching it up, try setting a more romantic scene for the two of you, change things up and see how it works. The most important thing though is talking to her aobut it, communication is the key. Good luck!
