Is it true that the more affection you share with your boyfriend or girlfriend the quicker the relationship will end?

yes, if the affection you speak of is purely sexual in interest, and not if the affection is mutual, and depending on how long you have been together and what age group you belong to.

hope this helps

Everybody is different. Some people enjoy affection very much and aren't furfilled with just a hug once in awhile. Other poeple aren't so confortable touching or being touched by someone all the time. This really does depend on the person you are with and if they are confortable with affection or if they feel stiffled by your snuggles. Relationships are complex in many ways. The reasons behind what made one relationship work and another fall apart depend on lots of things (ex.communication, carreer choices, religion, sexual drive, feelings of trust or mistrust, love affairs, etc etc etc). Someone may feel stiffled by your affecton whilst others may crave the touch of your hand on theirs. It's up to you to get to know the person you love and find out what they like and what you are ready to give (and vice versa!).
