Nose piercing or not?

Okay this is my problem I have my eyebrow pierced and it hurt like a b***. I really don't do too good with pain. But I want to get my my nose pierced. I want a ring not a stud which one is better? I'm also very concerned about the pain involved. How bad...

does a nose piercing really hurt? And what are the side effects of a having a nose piercing? Does it get infected often? Last question, will it look good on me? Ugh . . . Someone help. So confused =/

go to a proper piercer and get a ring put in. it's easier to clean, and with a stud (which incidentally is done with a gun) you have the pointy bit prodding your septum.
so surgical steel ring at a proper registered piercer, I go to an excelent one in brighton, anyway.

it doesn't hurt too bad, and trust me doesn't leave as much scarring as a lip piercing...

the rings not as pretty, but you only have to have it in for six weeks, then you can change it.

enjoy, I think they're beutiful, I can't have mine anymore because of Health Safety (joy) but they're lovely.

I'm not advising against this btw because' the girls got her eyebrow done already, so she'll do what she wants to. and eyebrows hurt more because they have to pierce further behind the epidermis.

It hurts less than a eyebrow piercing.
A stud would look better than a ring.

Getting your nose pierced is one of the most painful places to get a piercing...besides your private areas...nose piercing on a scale of 1-10 is a 9...ears...a 3

I've had, 10 in my right ear, 6 in my left, my nose pierced twice, septum once, one each nipple, belly button, my clit-hood, and my clip - oooh my lips I have had piecrd 3 times. and btw - nose least painful, and yes stud does look better, however, as I say, not as easy to clean and digs in until you can get a 'bent' stud'

it's up to you, but I speak from experiance!

when I got my nose pierced, it didn't hurt...it was just a quick pinch...I think the stud would look better than the ring...yes it can infected easily..just make sure you don't play with it too often, touch it with your dirty hands...you'll have to clean daily...your piercer will give you more info when you go, and yes, I think it will look good on you happy

well I think that a nose ring doesnt hurt
more than your eye brow because I had mine done and it didnt
hurt it was just like a pinch as when you get your ears done ...
but id say you should get it done with a professional because I got it done
wit my one of my girls and it hurt more gettin it done by her
I don't have it anymore because I didnt wear it much ...
so it closed ...
you should always keep your rings everytime you wear one
or it can get infected when you get your nose done it hurts for like a month or 2

Do not listen to csimiamifreak...nose piercings are done with a gun and sting a little but seriously hurt as much as getting the lobe of your ear pierced. It's just a straightforward flesh piercing.

ok I want to get it done. but scared.lol I just want a stud a diamond stud thats it. and one person says it dose hurt and the next say its just a pinch... tell me the truth. lol
