Does it hurt?

It depends on how much pain you can handle but keep in mind it's NOT going to be unbearable and that a lot of people seem to make it out a lot worse than it really is.

Is it worth it?

Of course! If you truly want one, go for it! And if you'd ever decide you didn't want it anymore, just take it out and let the hole close up.

How long does it hurt?

It only takes a few seconds to do so it'll probably sting a little or maybe feel like a little pinch or something. It's not going to be bad or overly painful so don't worry.

And here are some other tips/facts for you -

~As long as they're done professionally and properly cared for, there will be no problems with them and they'll turn out prefectly fine.

~There's absolutely NOTHING to be scared of. Everything will be just fine. Don't be nervous, it'll be done before you know it.

~Don't worry about what others will think. If you truly want it, GET IT! It's your body so it's YOUR choice!

~Don't just get it to look cool... get it because you actually want it.

I have had my nose pierced for about 4 years now...at the time I was very nervouse.. the needle goes in so quick its sorta like a quick pinch..it makes your eyes gush water, but just for a second, kinda like when you get hit in the nose, but it didnt hurt me afterwards..only when I was drying off after a shower and accidently pulled it out with my towel..lol..overall its a really cute accessory for a girl to have

1.it doesnt hurt it just pinches.

3.the pain goes away in a few minutes thenits sore for a couple of days and thats it.

it depends on your pain tolerance, but you will feel some amount of pain
is it worth it? only if you dont get it peirced by some inexpirienced idiot at a salon or mall who uses the gun. those people are unqualified and inexpirienced. and the gun is full of germs from other peoples blood because they cant sterilize it. if you want it profesionally dont youll get it done with a surgical steel needle
the process is simple. they clamp your nose, stick a hollow surgical steel needle through, then thread the jewelrey through the needle. your eyes will water a bit
also be aware that if your school has a dress code they wont allow it
and most jobs consider facial peircings unprofesional and unattractive
also you cant hide it , its on your face, so make sure your parents approve
and dont get it just to be cool or because everyone else has one
only get it done if you actually want a hole in your nose

I dont think it hurts at all. I pierced it myself over the summer, and I took it out (parental purposes). But I can tollerate an extreme amount of pain, which might be different in your case. I thought it was worth it. I only had in in for a couple of days but I really liked it. (:
