14 years old... 5'8'', female... hmm, I'm going to guess around 130lbs. You're still growing. It's okay to weigh a little bit more. Don't obsess right now. Start worrying when you exceed 200lbs. Then again, I'm not saying go out and eat everything you see. Go for a nice jog every now and then and enjoy a good salad once in a while. Take a daily vitamin, exercise, and eat right. And remember: YOU'RE STILL GROWING!!! Don't focus on those stupid model magazines. (sorry for getting off track)
I would say between 130-160 but it all depends about your level of activity. If you are toned and muscular, remember that muscle weights more than fat so you could go toward the heaver end there and still look great! I would concentrate more on staying active and living a healthy lifestyle. When you forget about fitting a molded image you will know when you look good and when you don't. If you obsess about "ideal weight:" you will drive yourself nuts and poss develop an eating disorder. Just my thoughts. Good luck!
