my pen*s is only 3 1/4 inches... is this small for a 13 year old?

you're pen*s will continue to grow until your 20's. you're only 13, don't worry about it now, it'll grow. so yeah, I would say it's normal.

no its normal usually, if it stays that way then you have something to worry about, but no its normal because its just now starting to lengthen

Loads guys say theres wer bigger but yeh id say normal.
My boyfriends 15 and his is 6inch
