Nonsense situation

I just went to college to ask a few questions about financial aid and loans I made the line but waiting was not a problem, the problem was when I told her that I have a few questions about financial aid and loans and she told me I was not even readmitted and she gave me a paper to fill out and told me to wait until november but she was very bossy she treat me very bad it suppose to be nice with the people and help them and to me filling out a paper and waiting until november to ask a few questions about financial aid and loans they are supossed to give you information any time of the year I think its a waste of time waiting until november I dont know but if we have to fill a paper and wait too long I think maybe its something wrong with the system I mean it was a simple question about financial aid and loans and you have to go through all this to ask a simple question its unbelievable.
