It depends. Spoke to a pharmacist bout the same issue the other day. He actually won't recommend most of the vitamins that you buy at supermarkets these days because your body doesn't always absorb them as well.
If you sick then yeah take some vitamin C in pill form. but rather buy them from you pharmacy (skip the stuff you buy from supermarkets)
Else I would just eat healthy and oranges and naartjies works very well. (healthy eating is always better that swallowing a bunch of pills)

I watched this advertisement on tv yesterday about a pill with vitamin c and there was a woman she changed instead of eating oranges she starts to take that pill with vitamin c I dont bite this I would choose the oranges instead of the pill because...
fruits are healthier than pill but labs want to sell this pill thats the bottom line of this ad. what do you think about this ad, any answer is welcome thank you.
