well first off I have to get up at five. so stop complaining, you could get up like fifteen to twenty minutes earlier, and also who irons their clothes? or maybee while your ironing your clothes watch tv. that cuts out a half hour. and ninethirty isn't that late to go to bed so I think you will survive if you get up a lllitttllleee earlier
What you can do to put in some excersize time... Okay, looking at your scedule..
you can watch tv while you work out, it's what I do all the time.
You can tell your mom you need more time to work out and maybe she can do a chore of yours for you.
You can also do some of your homework in the car or on the bus when you're getting home. To put in more time for working out. You only need about an hour a day, a few days in a week.
You should eat healthier and smaller portions.. Only eat enough to fill you up and eat slowly. It takes about 20 minutes for your brain to tell you stomach you feel full. Stop yourself if you're going to get a snack and ask yourself if you're really hungry.
Running is very effective and very fun and easy! Swimming is another great way to lose weight. The pounds just shead off.

You don't indicate how old or tall you are or how much you weigh, so I'll just include various links:
How to LOSE weight?
First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn't gain your weight overnight so don't expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.
If you need conversion info, 1 kg = 2.2 pounds and 2.54 cm = 1 inch (12 inches = 1 foot)
Info if you are trying to LOSE weight:
"How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?"
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
"What should a minimum calorie intake be?"
As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Okay, so here's the deal. I don't want to sound like some girls here, but I have to. I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. I really do. I HAVE to. Must. Thing is, I dont have the time to exercise and stuff. Lately, I've been busy with school and stuff. We're now going home later than usual, due to extra classes. I have tons of homework, chores, my exam's next week. And I can't jog in the morning, not enough time too. If you don't believe;

Well, everyday isnt EXACTLY like that. But something like that. You get what I mean? No time.
My clothes are getting tighter. Some of em dont really fit. Sad isnt it. If you have any suggestions on what food I should eat, and when, or any exercises, or rearrange my times and what I should be doing, please say so.
Again, not trying to sound desperate, but yeah, I really need help, asap. Please and thanks!
