No period for a year

I have not had a period for a year and now for the past 2 weeks I've had spotting. And slight stabbing pains in my lower abdominal region? What should I do? I have no health insurance and work a minium wage job. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this?

You need to see a doctor. I wouldnt no why you would just stop like that. I skipped peirods before but that was because I was starving myself. Please see a doctor hun.

no depo, no birth control pills, no medications, no extreme weight loss or gain, no real change in diet...also the spotting comes and goes...

you should see a doctor ASAP it could be serious on the other hand it may not.
better to be safe rather than sorry babe.
