No food all day - good diet?

is this a good diet??today. I had no breakfast no dinner nothing afternoon. all I've had is one cereal bar like now and I will be having 1 piece of gammon for my tea. is it a good diet or healthy??

That will make you gain weight. The easiest way to lose weight is too eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big one's. You have to eat healthy, what you are doing is going to kill your body.

No. You are starving your body of the actual vitamins and nutrients that it needs.
Your body will most likely end up breaking down, your brain functions will most likely diminish and you will probably end up gaining more weight overall.

Your best bet is to study up on caloric intake and ensure that you are taking adequate vitamin and mineral supplements. If you couple that with a good exercise program you will have much better success.

No, It's Not Good At All... here's a good program:
Start off by walking every day
eat veggies and fruits more than you ever did
try swimming, playing tennis, running, or basketball (your whole body moves in these sports)
and *don't* stop eating meat/chicken (for protiens)
and STOP eating fast food!!

NOOO!!! That is just so bad. You are starving your body. It will actually start storing anything it takes in now (it goes into survival mode) and you will gain weight. You need to eat healthy small meals a day (about 5 or 6)

well lets say all you eat is gum for 3 days!
dont you think whn you eat a sandwhich your body is going to hurry up and take it
so your going to gain weight by eating that one sandwhich..

you need to eat all your meals just make them smaller and stop eating by 6pm
because whn you eat later the food just sits in your stomach

eat a lot of fruit so when you crave something instead of chips you will crave and apple or orange its better that way good luck!

it will work wonders while you are on it
but as soon as you eat regularly again you will agin it all back and then sum
