Why don't i show emotions?

This is odd maybe,but a few hours ago my mom me got into an arguement and I mentioned this:Every time someone pisses me off they don't see me showing any feelings,and even if I tried they wouldn't even care,same with you,I try talking to you a lot but...

when I do you never talk back,and you and others wonder why I act weird!! What I meant by that is that I get picked on a lot and for some reason I never show emotions I always end up just staring dead in their eyes like it didn't do a thing,does anyone knows what's up with that,I don't even know.

omg I JUST did that to my mom...weird. my boyfriend says it makes him sad that I never show anything. its just that you never learned to let people in and you have built up a wall to people because you are afraid of showing vulnerability and weakness. thats the best I've got, at least of myself.

yaeh that someyimes happens to me a lot actually. Liek someone will be yeling at me, adn I'll just be staring into their eyes./It's really weird.

I don't know if this will help but it actually is puberty/teenage times - it is really weird and until you reach adult hood and look back and finally start to feel good about things you will have all these weird conflicting feelings.

Just focus on the good things in life.

Try writing things down - like when you feel mad or even when happy write down these feelings. You could even show your mum some stuff if you felt she would understand.

Take it easy.

That is good, actually. Never let anyone's bad words get to you. This just means you are a stronger person. I am the same way, most of the time.
