yeah thats that its called SB stands for skate board. they have the extra cusion just for skateboarding. =] vans are good skate board shoes too

Yes, they are extremely good for skating, they are durable,comfortable, have a good feel,get good flicks off the board, and have great looks!Probably the best skate shoes out there, at least one of the best skate shoes.

Ya there really good to use because of the material they wont rip easly ...
Vans are also good but I had a pair and about 2 weeks you could see all my toes because of skating

their alright they just have less grip on the feet, like its not actuall rubber its like plastic/rubber. but get nikes instead of Vans vans are good if your going to skate for like an hour lol they rip like on a third ollie. but if I were you I stick with fallens(reliants) thos will last you at least half a year even through harsh conditions but make sure they are fallen(reliants) hope this helps.
