I had bought the Sims 3 a while ago, but it didn't run properly, so I managed to exchange it for a new game a few days ago (because a lot of other people had problems too). When I got home, I tried it to make sure that it worked okay, and it did. Now I'm...

trying to run it again, because I want to play it, and nothing is opening! Help?

im having the same problem, but sadly I have no clue as to how to get it started. does yours come up with a black screen for a second or 2 and then go back to your desktop when you try to run it?
