The only way to know whats wrong with it is to open it up and take a look, I would trust any one with that except people who went to schooling for that if you scratch or even touch the mother board you can break the laptop to the point where it wont any more I would give it back and get a new laptop, dell or toshiba are the better laptop makers in my personal opinion

New laptop
So we got this new laptop (it's a HP G60) and we've had it about a week now and we've had this problem anout three times :
When we turn it on the it loads up the HP welcome screen and doesn't go any further, so we have to shut it down.
The first...
time we called a helpline and they told us how to fix it, it worked that time but isn't working again. I think it's caused by it not being shutdown properly.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
