New hair style

so I want a new hair style but I like how long my hair is now

its about to my shoulder blades or somewher around there

and I want to keep it that long I just dont know how to cut it
it has to be cute and I kinda want a choppy look to it lol bc thats whats in these days

can you help me out give me a site or something
