Never been kissed at 17

As a 17 year old I have to be honest I'm the never been kissed type... Its not like there haven't been plenty of oppurtunities... Yet no matter what I'm to self concois about myself to let anything happan. I've had crushes on guys before so its not anything like me being lesbian though I have been asked out by girls but never been interested that way. I'm not gorgous but I'm pretty. Yet everytime I go on dates the time never seems right.

You have given the answer yourself. Everytime you go on dates the time is never right! So what is the problem here? Is it just the fear of being inexperienced at 17? There is nothing wrong with that and I admire you for waiting until the time seems right. That is what will make the experience all the more intense and meaningful when it happens.

Kisses can lead to other things too, so all the better to wait until the right guy / time comes along - and it will! It may happen tomorrow or it may not happen until much much later in life, you don't know that, but it doesn't matter. Its about you and doing what you choose, when you choose.

gosh, I was the exact same way, I didnt get my first kiss til I was 18 in college lol. I think it gets worse as you get older, for me anyway. soon I was so nervous bc I was so old and had never done it and I didnt want to mess up or look crazy. it's not so bad as long as its with someone who'll work with you. it should be someone you're comfortable with and that will take things slow, and you can just follow his lead! I dont think anything's wrong with bein 17 and never been kissed. I think its great! people are moving too fast nowadays anyway. least you can be 100% sure you dont have any diseases or anything. I always tried to look on the bright side lol. guys like that innocent girl next door thing. you know, the "virgin". guys love it that im 21 and still a virgin. that's what makes you wifey material. Hey, don't feel bad. I'm 18 and never been kissed. Hey and be glad that you had opportunites! I mean I've had one, but I avoided it cause I'm self conscience about about myself too. It sucks cause almost every girl in my grade it seems like have already had sex! and I know at least 5 of them are preggers! But it just makes me unique I guess. But I have the same guy that gave me that first opportunity now and I know it's commin' soon!

Well I'm leavong my town soon for college so might just have to wait till then I just feel silly I'm the leaast expirenced among my friends and I'm not even the youngest they always tell me how cute I am and try to get me to wear certain clothes but seem to respect my choice not to.
