Neutrogena wave?

Does neutrogena wave work. And is it easy to maintain and cheap to buy refills?

Yes, the starter pack costs like $10 and I don't think the refill things cost much either but ya I do it leaves your skin so soft, I use it all the time.

I personally never used it, but a lot of people I
talk to say it doesn't work. if I were you, I'd ask
my friends if they have it, and if so try theirs out
or get your friends opinion. even though other
people say it doesn't work, they could be wrong,
cus it might only work for certain skin types.
