Nervous

Ok so im about to start high school but im sooo nervous im not really gud at meeting new people so should I just let them come to me or should I just say hi im destini wats your name lol but I dont wanna seem like a lame because this is a very ghetto/bad...

well wait 3 days er so, unless sumone comes 2 u. and try to gess how people are/ act. so you know whats safe to do. kk. thats how I did it. :-) and now I have at least 18 friends :-)))

if u talk to people too much they wont like you... they will think that you think your better than everyone else

If you are nervous, to to relax and not think it as high school? Try to think it is the school you where in and talk to other people to get to know them it is important to mix with other people to make friends.

you should be polite, and outgoing, but NOT TOO MUCH, you know? just smile, and say hi, and then go on your way.
make sure to do something, because if you dont, then they will take advantage of you being shy or something, or just look at you differently.

remember, all you 9th graders are new to the school. so they are all probably in the same situation as you are. it should be easier to make friends this way.
