Neighbours smoking, can I do anything about it?

I live in a townhouse type thing so my backyard is right attached to my neighbors back yard. Our living room is near our back door so when my neighbors smoke outside I can smell it a lot and it makes me feel so sick. And when I go into my basement all I can smell is cigarette smoke, I think they must smoke in their house. My parents don't smoke and nobody that is ever over smokes either, so it must be the neighbors. My parents wont say anything to the neighbors because they are intimidating.
Is there anything I can do about this?

maby you could tell who ever the manager is at your complex and explain to them that you dont want to say anything to them but it makes you sick just a suggestion

YEAH I AGREE WITH YOU I CAN'T STAND SMELLING SOMEBODY SMOKING CIGARETTS NEITHER, PEOPLE WHO SMOKES CIGARETTS SMELL LIKE A HILLBILLY TO ME, LIKE OLD GIRL SAID COMPLAIN TO YOUR APARTMENT MANAGER, AND IF YOU FEEL THAT IS going to BE A PROBLEM CALL THE POLICE, CAUSE I'LL BE DAMN IF SOMEONE THINK THEY going to INTIMIDATE ME.

It comes down the the lesser of two evils. Either way you are taking someone else's rights away.

They will be dissapointed that they cannot smoke.
You are dissapointed if they do smoke.

Are they breaking any existing rules?

If not, its selfishness on your part by taking that away from them.

I don't smoke, it annoys that hell out of me. But taking right's away from people is complete BS and not your choice.
