You can use deadly force if someone enters your home and intends to harm you. The law doesn't say you can protect your neighbor's home. For you to be off the hook so so speak, they have to be inside your home, and shot in the front showing they were coming after you. Shooting in the back means they were retreating. Mr. Horn may have been defending his friend, but he's probably screwed royally, since he was told several times by the 911 operator to not go outside, and do not shoot the men.
Sad.

How do you feel about this case?

Okay so everybody knows about the guy "Horn" in Pasadena. He shot two guys that were robbing his neighbors house and killed them. The robbers were unarmed, not on his property, and shot in the back. Horn has not been charged with anything yet. How do you feel about this case?
