Is there still a chance i'm pregnant?

So, recently my boyfriend and I thought that I was pregnant. Not planned at first but then different feelings started.

(Yes, Im 18, if your reply is going to remind me how old I am or that I shouldn't be having sex at this age or that I should have...

wrapped it or whatever... don't even bother replying, its pointless. I only want serious responses.)

Anyways... at first I was kind of scared because well... Im young. Then I started thinking a lot about it and actually started getting excited. Thinking about how much love that child would have from my family, my boyfriend, and I just overwhelmed me a lot. I started having a lot of happy and excited thoughts to the point where I couldn't even sleep. I decided today to take a early responce pregnancy test, it came out negative. When I saw that, it was like my whole heart gave in because I was upset. My period isn't due till Sunday. I keep having sore breasts and frequent urination so I had no reason to not think I was pregnant. I'm still really upset about it, I mean... yeah apparently there is still chance I could be pregnant but I don't know what that chance is?

I just need help getting through this, could I still be pregnant or what?
My boyfriend keeps asking me whats wrong and I don't know if I should be like im not pregnant or what to say...

Ok lol calm down... You dont take birth control obvisouly I guess but if you was then thats where all the sore breasts and everything usally comes from... and I'm 18 and I have a kid its really hard in away a lot of work... but ... yes you could be pregnant if your not using proction or anything ...dont rush it tho.. it will happen soon ... Just be happy your free right now.. I'm gettin married to the father of my baby and it seems like all the work is always put on the mothers... so if you feel like bein tied down then keep trying if your not pregnant already... and about the other question about your boyfriend ... just have alooonnng talk with him about if you should start havin kids right now.. if you guys have enough money and everything. just talk it over with him. We didn't plan this at first, at all. Thats why I was upset at first but then I was like... well I'm not getting an abortion and I wont put a child up for adoption. Him and I both have good paying jobs, hes done school, and im in corraspondance. My parents want to be grandparents and my home is very financally stable. If I'm not pregnant we aren't going to try and get pregnant. I just sort of hope I am and if I find out I'm not I'll just be upset for a while. I know it will be hard work, but whats done is done I cant go back.

I see, then if you are atleast everything will be okay and your parents will be okay with it. Um your test said you was negative, then you might not be... but you should go to the doc and get a blood test it took me like a year to get pregnant the whole time unprotected...I can understand how your going to be upset alittle. but just think your free lol!

its possible, but I have missed my period and have had sore breast so you never know. but you really better hope you want a baby. I had mine in october,your child might have lots love but it can be really stressful. I was 18 when I got prego, and that was a few months later when I missed my period and my breast were sore, and I didnt have to pee frequently either I was just sick all the time, the peeing didnt come till a little later and then more in the 9th month. but please think before you do it. the 1st month is really brutal I promise you that.. but if your late then take another test to find out if so good luck :P

I really don't think you understand how difficult it is to raise a baby for an adult, let alone someone your age.

I find your obsession for a baby interesting... and you should know that there are lot of things that can cause these feelings that are not healthy...

You are young. But you are 18. Your an adult... if you were so sure of yourself and having a baby and that you can do it.. you would not be telling the users on this site to not say what you dont want to hear.. because it wouldnt matter...

Lets be real about this. Can you financially afford a baby. Medical insurance to cover hospital bills plus baby appointments with a pediatrician.. Do you live on your own? If not are you going to live with your parents for the rest of your life? Are you ready to give up most of your social life and dedicate yourself to this baby. Can you give up your sleep every night? Pay for formula and diapers... Whos going to pay for all of this? You certainly cant work all the time with a baby... is mom and dad going to pay for everything? How mature are you really if you are relying on your parents? What kind of education do you have? Can you really support children on minimal wage all your life. Is your boyfriend 100 percent dedicated to a child? If so then why arnt you guys getting married? Can you give up things you like to do- shopping-going out-eating out-hanging out- Do you really have all the essentials to give your child? Growing up with not a lot is hard for a child.

Sure you dont want to hear it.. But there it is. Its called reality. If you arnt willing to listen to reality and only look at the whole fantasy part of a baby- then are you really ready?

you should tell him the home pregnancy test was negative but thats not definant you can get a blood test at the clinique its freeand thats acurate the pee test didnt work for me my son its 2 1/2 the pee test didnt work for my bfs mom either but even if you r prego tell you boyfriend about the results that you got
