Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest than the calories the foods actually contain!

Calories from these foods are much harder for the body to breakdown and process. In other words, the body has to work harder in order to extract calories from these foods. This gives these foods a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage.

Negative Calorie Foods ~ Vegetables
asparagus
beets
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrots
cauliflower celery
chicory

cucumbers

negative calorie foods do exist but their negative calorie value isnt a whole lot. like maybe -15 cals for a whole stick of carrot? isnt a lot, so dont count on them to lose weight. HOWEVER, if they are eaten in replacement of calorie dense foods, then yes, weight loss will definitely occur.
