Can't shave all the hair that is growing back, is that normal?

Ok when I shave I cant get all of the hair that is growing back is this normal?I mean it just fills priclly on top .And if my boyfriend sees it what will he think.

Advisor-small

Your not leaving it to grow long enough before you shave it again. You should let it grow for about a week, otherwise you could irritate the skin and get a rash and thats more unattractive then some hair. When you shave use lots of soap and go over the area GENTLY a few times to get everything off. And who cares if your bf sees a lil bit of hair? As long as its not a long bush then he has nothing to whinge about, you dont have to be perfectly shaven every time you see him, he'll live with a small bit of stuble.
