Need to lose weight

I weigh 104pds and im 14 but I want to be skinner I don't know know just want to be like in a month I want to be 90 so yea any help please!

dont become anorixic or too skiny its a turnoff and you will have health probs.

I agree.
its a turn off for guys when your too skinny.
how tall are you?
and I dont think you need to loose weight because that would make you like anorixic
and ull have health problems..

You are at a very healthy weight, and you are still growing, so if you do something stupid like stave yourself then you will regret it for the rest of your life. Your metabolism will get ruined. Stop listening to the media and accept yourself, it's what we all need to do.

You don't need to lose weight...like everyone else has said, you are at a Healthy weight...90 pounds is not healthy. You need to talk to a counselor at your school or even a doctor about your body perception issues. Why would you want to throw your metabolism down the drain? Many young people like you think starving yourself is the answer, and it's not...After starving yourself for awhile your metabolism will slow down, and as soon as you start eating more calories, even just a little more, you will start packing on pounds fast. Believe me...I know. If I eat more than 500 calories I start gaining weight. I've been through this before, and you don't want to go through it. You just end up hungry and feeling sick all the time.
