Need to lose weight!

Well I'll b getting married in about 3 weeks...I've packed on about 6 pounds, how can I lose those 6 pounds fast, and before the wedding?

Just start doing some light work outs at night. Work on the abs, try to do sit ups and other ab work outs. Drink water and just monitor your portions you will be fine. You can gain and lose 6 boys fairly easily. You can also write down what you are eating just to help you know when to stop.

I went on a 1200 calorie diet lost a few pounds fast but it is unhealthy to do for a long period of time just eat the right foods to keep up your energy and your health

Have you bought your wedding dress yet..? If you have then losing weight will mean it won't fit you the same. If you haven't then you are leaving it very last minute! If you are waiting to see if you lose weight til JUST before the wedding to get a dress then it could end badly. What if they don't have what you want?

well...yes I do have my dress already, but all this stress is packing some pounds on me. by losing 6 pounds, I would weigh the same as I did when I first bought the dress. so what do you suggest?

Cut out carbs - white bread, pasta, sugar, potatoes. Stick to proteins like lean meats (nothing fried or fatty) fruits, vegetables and small amounts of wholegrains (like a piece of wholemeal toast for breakfast). Drink only water herbal teas if you must have a hot drink. Drinking soft drinks cause bloating and have stacks of sugar hidden in them. Be conscious of any little unhealthy snacks like chocolate you may have throughout the day - you might think they don't do any harm but they do! Eat until you JUST feel satisfied but not really full. You don't want to stretch your stomach too much. Eventually it will shrink a bit and you won't have to eat as much to feel full.

As for excersise, just move your body everyday. Go for a brisk walk, get a cheap skipping rope and skip on the spot, find some stairs and walk up and down them. Everything helps to burn off calories. You only get out what you put in so you need to work at it, be consistent, and don't give up.

he/she will tell you what weight range your in
and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range
see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
