Need to lose weight

Hello I am 14 and need to loose weight I weigh 160! I have big thighs and big butt and and big belly neeed to loose it alll in just 2 weeks can you please help me!! no medications or stuff like that!

You can't loose weight that fast in just 2 weeks, sorry girl. You can start to by exercizing and eating good...you will see results in a few months if you keep it up..

u are just like me girl!! am 13 and weight 160 pounds!! I also have a big thigh and butt and hips!! the best advive I have gotten is to do scuats( I dont know how to spell it) and leg ups!! this burns out calories and fat and they make them muscluler!! and dont 4get to drink lots and lots and lots of water!!!

How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. "How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?"

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
