Need to loose weight

m 14 and weigh 170... how can I motivate myself to eat healthy!!!

eat more through the day.
such as:
have a yogurt for b-fast
eat fruit/vegetable with a small healthy sandwhich for lunch
eat another piece of fruit/vegetable when you get home from school
then eat a small healthy dinner.
it helps.

eat healthy. later on it could cause problems if you get too big. But please don't stop eating, that's more dangerous than actually eating more than what you're supposed to. just loose weight the right way. exercise.

ok I have been through this , you just cut down on all your foods. go for a shop and shop for no fatty foods or anything , just fruit and all good foods. but first you have to clean out your fridge and cabornet. Then do that. And make time for 30 minutes a day to take a walk. or a run. Please this will help you.

take I slow dont try to loose all of it at once like instead of drinking diet coke drink half coke and half diet coke and instead of skipping dessert get a water and a small piece of cake or whatever it is. and if you work out just get a time you want to work out everyday not over work yourself.
