run two miles a day every day for two weeks, third weeks comes along and you run two and a half miles a day. EVERY DAY!! if your seriouse about this it shouldnt be a problem. 4th week comes and keep on doing it, do that every sing le day two and a half miles and youll do good. dont take breaks whild doind this, dont eat junk food at all! and this might be enough. I doubt youll lose 60 pounds because for some reason I dont think you will keep it up, but if you do then you will lose a lot of weight=] let me know how it works
It's definitely possible. You just have to stay committed and motivated for the next 8 months in order to achieve your goal. Definitely dedicate a lot of time to working out, even if it's just going for a simple jog around the block. But also make sure you eat healthy foods and drink lots of water. I also heard from some people that Jenny Craig really works. I know someone who lost over 40 pounds in six months. Good luck! Let me know how it works out

I'm 18 and I need to loose about 60 Ibs to look good for Graduation I'm like 312 right now I can't really afford a gym membership but I've got access to some workout stuff from boxing (weights, treadmill heavy-bag, ect) but I need like a workout schedule...
and a diet program. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
