Need to gain weight.

I need to gain weight. I'm 6'2 and weight 156. I want to get to 200. what do I need to do to gain that much weight? how long would it take?

eat lots of protein and carbs, work on your muscles, get big muscles which will make you gain weight too. itll take around 6-8 months if you do it the healthy way. mayb less.

well, if you are willing to exercise do heavy weight with every workout so you can get only like 6-8 reps. plus eat lots of protein to gain the muscle, carbs, but most importantly eat tons and tons of food to take in more calories, thats what will definitely make you bigger.
