you shouldnt just get fat, then it will just be flab and it will get like cottage cheese. It will jiggle and become fatty and disgusting. If you want to get some toning, then work your bun muscles with a little bit of weight training, but just dont get fat, it will look bad and no one will like it, good luck.
Just drink a slimfast with each meal; that'll add an additional 600 or so calories per day to your diet; and in a healthy way too! It's all vitamins and minerals and healthy calories. My friend who was too underweight did this on the recomendation of her doctor, and she put on 10 pounds and looks fabulous!
As I would like to suggest in this, is I was also very lean and think looking person, but now I am ok with the the weight that I gained. There is no need to take any capsule sice that give side effect at some time, as we dont know the exact power of the capsules whether that gives a side effect at the later stage. Please hot the bengal gram in a pan and grain the bengal gram + sugar + cardamom and mix the powder with hot ghee... make it as a small ball as you like the shape. Store it in an air tightner box. Eat the ball after you brush up. And eat it before you take lunch and after you take dinner night... eat regularly for 3 to 4 months.. you can see the changes will surely increase the weight... this is sure... also take milk at the morining time added with some flavour that you like if you dont like the smell of the milk. And take plently amt of water daily.. Eat bananaa... if you have digestion problem then also you will face lacking of putting weight.. then eat food what ever you like.. but you should be fully satisfies with the food that you takes and the amount of food that goes in. there are two problems with me ... first is I want to gain weight and second is if I eat more my workout/daily chores are not much so there is a digestion problem and I start getting ulcers in mouth ... what should I do ? ...

Hello well I am skinny aswell sometimes its okay to be skinny but sometimes its just lame like I am not eating at all I am eating a lot and I dont gain weight. Maybe the food is question I like eating fast food, fruits and vegetabiles a lot but I don't gain any weight... Can you recomend something about it I don't want to get fat only normal weight
I was fat till 3 years old VERY fat but I loosed my weight and got some height.. Still post a reply with some help or suggestion.

Well l need to ask you something, is there anything that l should eat so that l can become fat? All l want is to have some hips, well l have a nice body but l have small bumms so what should l do l juss need some hips and to become a little bit fat.
