well 30 days is about I month which is four week sso you wud need to lose 5lbs a week which is not healthy. why do you need to lose it in 30 days? btw you are pretty and skinny :] im much les pretty than you so cheer up! :] because you r beatiful no matter what they say words cant brin gu down! haha ok I was saying that you are beautiful no matter what people say or think but htan I got a littel carried away and started to sing! hahah ok but drink ton sof water. tons! lol and walk a mile each day and do about 30-60 minutes or aerobic excersise where you break a sweat 3x a week and eat less junk and more veggies! :] good luck! :] coment/funamil if you want to talk im bored! lol
you look pretty and skinny enough to me. Just exercise for about an hour each day and eat low calorie. I lost weight by eating 800/cals a day (I'm way bigger btw) and exercising. Not eating fast foods, or sweets, or sodas, or fried foods, but always slim fast bars and lean cuisines. That was it. after a while though, it kinda backfires and now I have major food issues all because I want to lose weight too fast.
First - focus on everythign you like about yourself- every morning look in a mirror and tell yourself you're pretty, a great friend, smart, loyal, anything to stop focusing on your weight. Weight is only a number - everybody has to start remembering that! If you want to lose 20 lbs. that's ok - but you won't do it in 30 days without making yourself sick inside. Don't eat junk food, sugary stuff or drink sodas. Walk every day for about 20 minutes in the morning and again after supper. 6 blocks each time and you'll build muscle and lose fat - it really works and is good for your whole body! I'm only 13 and am way bigger than you but my mom and I walk every day and I'm really slimming down - can't change your body type - just accept yourself and find another focus in your life - but walk, walk, walk!
