I was like you for the first 14 years of my life. And I was a vegetarian-who didnt eat vegetables. You can see how this led to problems lol. To lose weight eat Granola bars and fruit drink lots of water and cut your calories to around 1500-1800 per day.
Also maybe try veggie subs? I put in jalepenos because they have lots of flavor along with lots of cheese and a tasty bread and I learned too eat them and now actually love them!

Need some weight loss help..
So I'm overweight..and I'm sick of being this way..I really want to lose weight but the problem is I can't won't eat vegetables I can't stand the taste..I don't know why but I just can't I dry reach if I eat them..and the only fruit I eat is apples..so...
I was wondering other then exercising a lot(which I know I have to do anyways) is there any way to get around this?
Is there anyway to make vegetables taste nice..? LOL I know thats a weird question..but there has to be some way right?
I've tried losing weight before but I only lost 3kgs(thats like 6lbs I think?) within a month a half..but then I gave up..
Anyway sorry this is kinda sorta long..any help would be much appreciated.
Oh I'm 17 by the way..and don't really feel comfortable telling everyone my actual weight...but I guess its most likely classed as 'obese'...
