What are these bumps above my pen*s?

ok for about 2-3 mouths now I've had some bumps above my pen*s.They dont hurt but when the turn a vilot color I tend to pop them and it bleeds out puss and blood.Ther isent just one thers about 4-6 id say.any help welcome
