How to get closer to this girl so I can ask her out?

well I've asked this sorta in a question from awhile ago and I want to ask agine I just got back from the store and saw this girl I've known since 5th grade and we lost communication after 6th grade and I ran into her a few months ago. So since then I've known shes been working in that same store for awhile and I wanted to get a job there to get kinda closer to her with a friend ship and maybe something more later on but that store hasn't been hiring for some time and I'm getting frustrated. Any one have advice on what I can sorta do to get some what closer to her if I can't or takes some time to get a job there? I've really liked this girl for some time now just can't find away to get closer when ever I do it doesn't fall in place.

Well why cant you just ask her to come out for ah drink or ah bite to eat just as friends its as easy as that and when your out just say to her why dont we make a habit of this I like your company!!???

well see the thing is that its not a everyday meet person I don't see her very often I talk to her some what one I go to the store with my mom or someone and I'm not in public school so I cant see her at school and when we do talk its not very long just a little chat then we go our ways I dont even know if she has a BoyFriend or something and its not that easy to say lets get a drink or go out to eat I'm 17 don't have a job and shes same age as me.

it depends on how much you like her if you really like her a lot you could go to her work and ask her for her number because you need to talk to her and when you call her or she calls you ask her if you guys could go to the movies or bowling or summen and does she remeber you cause if so you can talk about you really really liked her a long time ago but you didnt want to make your friendship weird by maken a move

so true I didn't make a move back then because it would have made it weird but ya she does remember me I didn't notice her when I was there thought she was off work or something she walked up to me but I was with my mom at the time >_< so didn't say much most of the time I go there I just go with my mom but ya next time I can get a chance to have a one on one with her I'll bring something up bout meeting up to hang out.
