I'm going to a Christmas party on the day before Christmas eve (23rd basically), and I really want to wear a dress.
Which types of dresses are flattering on 'petite' frames? (I think I'd be classed as that. I'm kind of short, anyhow.)

anyone from the UK know where I can find a nice dress for not that much money (don't say topshop. I do love the dresses in there, but tbh they're a bit too expensive for me, I'm only 15 and can't afford £50 dresses. Eventhough that IS quite cheap for a nice good quality dress, I suppose!)
