Need help with school

Asked by crazydanemonkey 11 months ago, 7 answers.

ok, so most of you saw my previous questions about homeschooling. well, today in school I just got beat up. I highly doubt the guidance counselor will do anything, because she didnt do anything about the problems people gave me last year. my mom said...

shes calling the school about it or something? well, shes in a wheelchair and its sad that the only person that seems to care, cant help. I really dont feel safe at that school whatsoever. and my dad was mad because he wants me to go to school and face those people. he thinks that I can deal with those kinds of things from people. he said that things like that happen on a daily basis and that I have to deal. umm yeah. getting beaten up and no one caring to do anything about it is really something that you should deal with everyday, and that deffinatley happens everyday too to the same person (not lol) well anyway, the school only allows kids 16 to sign out of school, and im only 13 and in 7th grade. im so stressed and I feel so miserable about the school, im stuck, I want to be homeschooled. nobody will stop doing bad stuff to me there, and my dad said I have to get over it and he doesnt even care. how can I go to school, know something bad will happen because things like that already have, and have people care? I need help, like asap! thanks!

anyways the consular should really do something I think you should just tell them to stop picking on you but I understand bullies they dont stop ask your mom if you can like take classes online or something anywayz if that does not help try not to b alone all the time like b wit your friends so they dont do nothing make sure you always have someone next to you at all times
good luck =]

thats how all public schools are. im going through the same thing you are. if your parents don't want you to be homescholled then consider going to a private school.

do you have any friends? stay close to a nice sized group of friends or just get to classes as fast as you can staying as close to any teacher, counselor, basically any adult and if they do come to beat you up just go for that spot that no one except a total wimp would go for and theyll probably decide its not worth it to beat on you any more.

I dont beleive you need to be going through this. You should be able to go to your councelor and discuss this. It would be best if your parent or parents would address this issue. It is no ok for you to get beat up. It is not acceptable. Is there any way you could ask someone to help your mom go to the school? If I was your mom, I would raise holy hell so they can take care of this. If your parent cant help you. Tell a cop about it, or anther family member. I hope everything works out for you

Talk to your principal and let them know that this has been going on for along time and that the counselor hasn't done anything to help protect u. If there is no response from the principal then contact the police. They can be cited with not only bodily injury/harm, but also harrasment as well.
