Need help with getting on internet explorer.

okay, so my laptop has been working fine, but just these past 2 days it wont let me connect to the internet.
It says Im connected to wireless internet, and that the signal is excellent,
but when I bring up internet explorer it says :
internet...

explorer cannot display this webpage

Can anyone help me? and maybe no what the problem might be??

Stop using Internet Explorer,it's not safe or reliable and certainly not fast at all,it did that to me in 2007,download Mozilla Firefox,it's safe - fast - and VERY reliable.

What manufacturer of laptop is it? and is your antivirus up to date, or is it even intalled on your computer?

I use google chrome. I lovee it.
