How to stop being shy and man up?

Well I like this girl and she liked me to but when every time I talk to her I panic and say something stupid or I'd just ignore her. Then after all the time I'd ignore her she end up not liking me anymore and she also went out with another guy! But today she broked up with him and I think I have a second chance and the question that I'm asking right now is "HOW DO I STOP BEING SHY AND MAN UP"

well hey bro I had the same problem you had, I liked someone a lot and im a very loud and crazy guy,full of personality but when I was around her like in person,I was acting shy, maybe because I thought that if I said something stupid she wouldn't like me

well we started talking on the phone a lot more and stuff and became really good friends and eventually I started acting like myself around her and everything turned out great from there

so get to know her first start talking to her over the phone or text messaging or something like that so you can get used to it, and hopefully you'll eventually open up to her and you'll be fine around her

just try being yourself and treat her right man ok
