Are there exercises to increase breast size?

I have sort of small breasts, and people are bugging me about them. I know I shouldn't be worried about what other people think, but I feel like I would be more confident about myself if they were just a bit bigger, but I also want to do it naturally. So...

does anyone know some exercises I could do or something?

Exercise won't make them bigger but you can make them perkier by building the muscle underneath. Do exercises like the rower, preacher curls, bench press etc

You can try hormonal birth control. I went up a cup size after going on the pill. Talk to your doctor.

Yep there is! well it won't make your boobs grow but it will make them appear larger.Do push ups and bench presses.

1.eat protein foods
2.Stay away from caffeine as much as possible.such as soda tea chocolate coffee.
