you could try selling your body orr you could go to a store find things on slae buy it sell it on ebay for more and poeple will accually buy it like I got an I pod dock 84 dollars on sale for 44 with a 20 dollar rebate I sold it for 120! and I sold 6 so its very easy

You could cut some lawns. Find that lawnmower in your garage (or borrow a friend's) and hit the houses in your neighborhood. It is fast, easy and pays good money per lawn. Good luck!
