Need a really nice outfit

ok so my style is I either like go to extremes -- Bright flourescent colours like BRIGHT pink and yellow. I love roses frilly stuff frilly dresses and stuff like that I need it for an evening out and maybe impress people?

I agree, minidresses are in especially if you pair it with some incredibly bright pumps which are also in.

dont go out just to impress people, that just makes you look stupid
if you wear clothes make sure you feel comfortable in them,
dont wear them just for other people
wear them for yourself

River Island right now features those two colours a lot in their spring/summer09 stuff. There is lots of bold mini dresses covered in flowers. So I would check River Island out, if you live in the UK of course. Topshop's also a good bet, but the colours there are slightly more neutral and faded. But I have seen some nice evening out clothes that might fit what you're looking for. Oh also New Look has lots of new dresses and skirts which are very bold, frilly and flowery. Good Luck
